These terms are an agreement between you and Prowl ("we", "us") for use of the app at prowl.money. By creating an account or using Prowl, you agree to them.
Prowl is a personal budgeting tool that imports your bank and card statements and helps you organize and understand your spending. It is currently a private preview and is offered by invitation.
Prowl helps you see and organize your own money. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and its categorizations and figures are for your convenience only. Always verify important numbers and make your own decisions.
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break or probe its security, no accessing other people's data, no automated abuse, and nothing unlawful.
Your data is yours. You grant us permission only to store and process it as needed to run the app for you (see the Privacy Policy). You can export or delete it, including your whole account, at any time.
Prowl is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It's an early preview: it may change, have downtime, or contain bugs, and imports and categorization aren't guaranteed to be complete or accurate. Use your own judgment on anything that matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make using the app.
You may stop using Prowl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or threaten its security.
We may update these terms; when we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
